This page is also designed to inform you of our policies for placing orders.

We always recommend, if possible, that you go to a bridal shop or alterations shop to be measured. If that is not convenient, the following information will help you to get accurate information yourself.
Bridal as well as bridesmaid gowns almost always run small. Accurate measurements are the key to a good fit. You will probably need some adjustments by a "qualified" seamstress no matter what. The gowns are made by a chart, not by your measurements. They are made to fit someone who is 5'8" tall with long arms. Dresses are always made to shorten, but cannot easily be lengthened. We will always try to get the size gown that will best fit your measurements. The following information is needed:

Bust: A straight around measurement of the fullest part over a regular bra.

Waist: On natural waist - a comfortable measurement next to the skin.

Hips: Straight around 7-9" below the waist.

Height: Without shoes.

NOTE: Ladies needing a size 18 or larger or needing extra length (over 5'9") will incur a minimal "upcharge" imposed by the manufacturer. We will be glad to give you these charges on any gown before you order.

Customer Responsibility


Customer is responsible for paying 1/2 down BEFORE an order is placed, unless a specific amount is specified.

Customer understands that once the order is placed, the money paid is non-refundable and cannot be used as credit toward any other purchase. The reason for this is because once we place an order with the manufacturer they do not allow us to cancel orders for any reason. We are required to purchase the gown therefore you are required to purchase the gown.

Customer understands her responsibility for paying any "upcharges" incurred on larger sizes or longer length dresses if such is necessary to meet their measurements. We will notify you of these charges before the order is placed.

Customer understands it is her responsibility to pay for any alterations.

If order is not paid out by the specified time, all monies paid down will be forfeited.

ALL gowns are to be paid in full no later than 1 month after the gown is received by us from the manufacturer. We will notify you immediately when we receive your gown.

S. G. Bridal's Responsibility

We will place your orders with the utmost of care and work with the manufacturers to make ensure your gown arrives on time, accurate, and free of any defects. We stand by our products and will do everything possible to provide you with the best quality for your money.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Cash, Money Orders, and checks. If paying by check we will hold your order to make sure the check clears before placing it.(takes approximately one week) You may either submit this form by e-mail or print it out, fill it out and mail it to:
